SUPPLIER REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1.Applications for New Business

If your firm wishes to engage in new business with HEPCO, you are requested to submit information on your company including company brochure, product catalog, technical data, etc. emphasizing your products' key sales points (price, quality, performance, delivery, after-sale service, etc. ) to the Head Office's

Purchasing & Contracting Department.

2.Registration of Suppliers

When purchasing equipment and materials, HEPCO will select suitable suppliers of the item to be purchased from among the registered suppliers. In principle, it is therefore necessary for companies wishing to do business with HEPCO to first register as a supplier in accordance with the Supplier Registration Procedures. Details of the Supplier Registration Procedures can be obtained from the Purchasing & Contracting Department at HEPCO's Head Office.
